Luxury 3-bed with Free Parking

Positive: A good sized flat, 2 bathrooms made all the difference for 4 of us. Good facilities. Beds were comfy, great that there is lots of on-road parking too. Hosts were responsive to queries. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would stay again. Negative: Some of the decoration is a little tired in places, there were a few cobwebs around, and there appeared to be a leak from the kitchen ceiling in one corner, but this did not really bother us for the short time we were there. The fridge is a little small but we managed.

Needs to be clean and hoovered so must dust Negative: Very dirty especially bathrooms, Dusty, one bathroom had spiders, water was hot and cold, scary sleeping at night as above the bed they had heavy statues on top of shelves if they fall on you at night can cause severe injuries. Was not worth 334

Don't book this place! Crack houses all around. Positive: The showers worked fine and beds were comfortable. Negative: The cushions on the sofa bed are incredibly thin and you are basically sleeping on wood. Unable to use the quilt provided for the sofa bed due to the stains on it. An hour after checking in there was water coming in through the ceiling. No one on site answered the phone so had to leave a message to the landlord who just apologised. Also, pointed out to hime that there is a crack house next door, which, was blatantly obvious from the point of putting up outside. Also, across the street the same. The freezer and oven were dirty and some of the pots were the same. TV in only one room. If I did decide to drive down there was only enough parking for 3 vehicles. Would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Quite expensive for basic quality/a little grubby Positive: The couch was very uncomfortable and covered in stains and pubic/beard hairs. Some of the provided towels were dirty. You can also hear a lot of noise from hallway/neighbouring flats so not soundproof at all.

Positive: Excellent location for shopping on Soho Road very conveniently located. Plenty of room and space well laid. It was enough for what we wanted and ticked all the boxes. Two bathrooms which was good for a place that accommodated 5 people. Beds were comfortable and had a good night's sleep for the 3 days we were there. Negative: There was a couple of niggles, the fridge wasn't large enough for the accommodation. Only one bedside cabinet in the room we stayed in. The parking was on the road but there was always space. There was no dining table had to eat in the lounge area. These are just small items but if you described a place as luxury then these niggles need to be addressed.
