2-Bed Luxury with Free Parking

Positive: Every thing was perfect thank you so much

Positive: I didn't have much to complain about really with regards to the location or staff I didn't see any staff which I thought was nice we were left alone to enjoy our stay . Everything appeard tidy and clean and the instructions to check in and out were easy Negative: Unfortunately on one of the mattresses and bed base there was a significant amount of black mould , I would never have come across it if it wasn't for my daughter's having sensory needs requiring me to put her own bed linen on her bed . She is also asthematic and had some respiratory symptoms during her stay I didn't connect untill I went to my GP Monday morning to have her checked over as she was feeling unwell and the GP asked she had been exposed to any black mould recently and I explained about the mattress and he said black mould is very dangerous especially for a child/ or adult with asthma she's had to be prescribed steroids inhaler to help manage her symptoms so I was really disappointed to be honest because everything else was fine .

It was great experience Positive: It was great experience in this property nice clean home few things missing Negative: Watching machine need too fix Iron need too fix New Iron bord Fix wooden chair front off dressing table Please provide new towel Provide water in fridge Salt and pepper in kitchen for breakfast Hover need in the property Living area needs limp Garden need artificial grass and more decorations We got bedroom in basement and we can't sleep upstairs people walk we can hear noise them feet . i think you should put carpets on upstairs apparment please hope you fix this little problem for your customer thank you overall Great experience in this property
