Glorious 2 - bed Flat with Free Parking

Awful and scam accomodation do not book it Negative: Absolutely disgusting experience. This room was never cleaned. The sheets were black with dirt, clearly used and not washed. The floor looked like it had never seen a vacuum or a broom—dust, grime, and filth everywhere. This wasn’t “not perfect,” this was unhygienic. When I raised this with the owner, his response was that my cleaning standards were “too high.” That says everything. The state of the property perfectly reflects the owner’s own standards: dirty and careless. Nobody with even basic hygiene would feel comfortable staying here. I contacted Booking.com multiple times. They were completely useless. At 22:00, I talked again with the owner, to see if it was possible to get one clean room, the only suggestion he ironically provided was a room in Leeds, over one hour away, which was obviously impossible. No refund, no alternative accommodation, no real help—despite the fact that I did not stay in this room. I’ve been a regular Booking.com customer for years, but this experience was so bad. I went with my family, which included a small child and they (booking and owner) knew about it and didn't care if we had a place to sleep or not. After multiple calls complaining about this to booking, they only refund me for the cleaning fee (???) which was 10% of the total amount I paid for the room, which I never stayed. For sure this will be my last purchase through them. Honestly, I strongly believe the positive reviews must be fake. There is no way anyone could stay here and consider it acceptable. Do not stay here. This place is disgusting. Don’t fall for this scam—check the photos and save yourself the trouble.

Tranquila y cómoda Positive: La zona es muy tranquila y bien conectada. En 20 min llegas al centro sin problema. Al lado hay un parque muy chulo con un lago. La casa está muy bien, es cómoda y calentita. Éramos 5 y nos faltó una toalla para ducharnos pero el resto bien. Tiene todo lo necesario y más. (utensilios cocina, secador, champú, gel, toallas, plancha de ropa….) Negative: El sofá estaba un poco sucio, recomendamos poner unas sábanas para poder ponerla encima del sofá para dormir allí.
