At £57 it was remarkable value for money. After a long day at Edgbaston cricket it was excellent to rest up at no.59, watch the World Cup in the pub, and remind myself of those 2 great years I spent in Moseley as a student in 1975-76. You asked to know of improvements and a couple come to mind: improved shower pressure and brighter lighting. Your cleaning is excellent. Negative: Low shower pressure, dingy lighting, reported as feedback to owner.

Positive: Very clean ,easy access Negative: Some essential items such as tea or coffee would have been appreciated

Positive: Everything was great.The place is very clean,and nice to stay in.The only problem for me was that was a bit far from center.

Positive: The room was small and cosy, decor was lovely. Tea and coffee provided some milk sachets would have been appreciated. The temperature was good and Netflix on the tele a bonus. The location was great with a selection of eateries in walking distance, parking was a none issue and the property also has a drive way. Check in was quick and simple. Negative: The bedroom blind was broken and the window directly opposite and extremely close to a balcony on the neighbouring home not ideal. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable which made a good night's sleep quite difficult. Noise levels in the property were relatively high, more so from the upstairs. However to be expected for a Saturday night.
